Wrong garment design sent.
If the design sent does not match the item you ordered.

Wrong garment colour sent.
If the colour sent does not match the item you ordered.

Wrong garment size sent.
If the size sent does not match the item you ordered.

Incorrectly personalised garment.
If the garment sent does not match the personalisation information that you supplied.
(Note: All personalisation will appear in capital letters)

Sub standard print quality.
If the image printed is not clear, bright or damaged.

In the event of any of the above points, we will refund your return postage cost, resupply the garment and pay for replacement postage.

Care and condition
The Buyer is responsible for the return of the item in its original condition and unworn.

Order checking
The buyer is responsible for the accurate checking of their order BEFORE sending.
(Correct garment choice, colours, size and quantities.)

Correct supply of any personalisation details
The buyer is responsible for the accurate supply of any personalised information.
(All personalisation will appear in capital letters)

Contact and delivery details
The buyer is responsible for the supply of their correct email address and delivery address.
